Absolutely — that's what we're here for. Our Sapcote showroom has over 160 pieces of garden furniture on display, and you're welcome to sit in, touch and compare everything. We're open seven days a week: Mon–Sat 9am–5pm, Sun 10am–4pm. No appointment needed.
Local delivery (within 20 miles of Sapcote) is available on most orders. We cover Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Rugby, Coventry and surrounding villages. Delivery is usually within the same week.

Every piece of garden furniture we sell comes with a 3-year structural guarantee. This covers the frame, weave and any manufacturing defects. Cushion covers and normal wear from outdoor use aren't included, but we're always happy to help with spare parts and advice.
Yes. All our rattan furniture uses synthetic PE rattan woven over powder-coated aluminium or steel frames. It's designed to stay outdoors year-round. We do recommend using covers in winter (we sell those too) and storing cushions indoors when not in use.
Most of our sets arrive fully assembled or need only minimal setup (like attaching table legs). Nothing requires power tools. If you're collecting from our showroom, we'll load it straight into your vehicle ready to use.
