What happens with the front padded leg section?
If the chairs can stand out all year and the leg section looks fixed, is the padded part removable for storage?

The extending footrest cushion is removable.
It's velcroed in place so can be easily removed.
What weight are the chairs?
Could the chairs be easily lifted from our summer house to the patio? The summer house has four front doors giving a 9ft opening so plenty of room for access.

The rocking recliner chairs weigh 22kg when in its box.
They are easy to move and can be lifted by the arms.
Can I get samples of the winwood bench colours?
I am very interested in this all weather furniture, but as I don’t live within easy viewing distance of your Garden Centre is there any way of acquiring samples of the colours - particularly the grey/brown/teak?

3 seater bench cushion - does one cushion go across the full bench ie. one cushion for the bench.

Plaques can be attached to Winawood benches, but I'm sorry we are not able to supply the plaque.

The boxed weight is 30kg, so I would say 29kg, although we have no way of weighing a fully built table!

How stable is this chair?
Good morning, If a person with very poor eyesight used the back of the chair as a support to maneuver round to the seat would it tip over? How long is the sale on for? Many thanks for your help. Best wishes,

I would say if they are just using the back of the chair as a guild that will be fine.
I have just tried putting my full body weight on the back of the chair (which is quite a lot!) and it seemed stable.
Of course, this is in the fully upright position, if reclined that is a no-no.
I would suggest when the chair arrives you give it a test with someone else around just in case.

Winawood Square Dining Set Chair Fitting
Do the four chairs with arms have clearance above the arms to fit under the table.

Yes there is enough clearance for the armchairs to fit under the table.
Do the chairs come fully assembled or is self assembly required?

The chairs need a couple of cable ties cutting to release the mechanism, and then the back of the chair needs lifting up, and slotting into 2 upright poles. More a slot together than assembly, probably no more than 1 minute to do!
Are the chairs easy to assemble?
I understand the chairs are delivered flat packed so would like to know if they can easily be assembled.

Yes this is really easy to assemble, there are two cable ties to cut underneath the base to enable the rocking mechanism.
Then the backrest needs to be slotted onto the obvious upright poles, simply push it into place and you're ready to go!

Cozy Bay is made from strong, but lightweight aluminium, making it very easy to move around, and should be no problem for you.
