Please note: this page covers orders placed on this website, www.sapcotegc.co.uk, which currently means our artificial Christmas trees. It does not cover our separate garden furniture shop, which has its own delivery information and delivery timescales.
Delivery for online orders
At the moment the only products we sell for home delivery are our artificial Christmas trees. Everything else on this website is sold in store at the garden centre, and you can still have in-store purchases delivered locally (see below).
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat £10 per order to mainland UK addresses, however many trees you order. The charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Where do we deliver?
Mainland England, Scotland and Wales. We are sorry, but we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (postcodes beginning HS, IV, KW and ZE, and some PA, PH and KA postcodes), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. If you live in one of these areas you are very welcome to buy a tree in store and take it home with you.
How long does it take?
Orders normally arrive within 3 to 5 working days of being placed (working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays). We will email you to confirm your order, and again when it is on its way. If you would like your tree on a particular day, tell us in the Delivery instructions box at checkout and we will do our best.
On the day
- Larger trees come in big, heavy boxes, so it helps if someone is at home to take delivery.
- If you will be out, tell us in your delivery instructions where the box can be left safely. Items left as you have asked are left at your own risk.
- Please check the box for obvious damage before signing for it if you can. If anything is damaged or missing, let us know within 48 hours (a photo helps) and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Would you rather collect?
All of our trees are on display at the garden centre on Hinckley Road, Sapcote, and we are open seven days a week. We do not take click-and-collect orders online, so simply come and see us and we will help you choose.
Deliveries of in-store purchases
Bought something in store that will not fit in the car, such as compost, gravel, fence panels, large plants or furniture? Ask at the tills about our local delivery service.
