Lemax sale and offers 2026: prices below RRP, 3-for-2 and when the clearance starts
Lemax is on offer at Sapcote Garden Centre all season, not just in January: 232 of our 398 Lemax lines are priced below Lemax’s recommended retail price, a quarter off on average, with almost every lighted building, Sights & Sounds scene, table piece and facade reduced. On top of that there is 3-for-2 on 122 lines (figurines, hanging accessories and small trees) and multi-buy savings on 40 selected buildings. The pieces are sold in store at Sapcote, Leicester LE9 4LG, with live prices and stock online. This page explains exactly what is reduced, how the offers stack, and what happens to prices after Christmas.
Is Lemax on sale now?
Yes, in the sense that matters: our everyday prices on buildings and animated pieces sit below the recommended retail price that Lemax prints and most stockists charge. Checked against our live catalogue on 14 October 2026:
- Lighted buildings: 84 of 85 reduced, typically 26% below RRP. The Tannenbaum Christmas Shoppe, Devaney’s Bakery and Lucy’s Chocolate Shop are £25 each against an RRP of £32.99; the Dover General Store and Newsstand is £29 against £53.99; the Elk Lake Lodge £29 against £48.99; Hoffman’s Brat House £59 against £95.99; the North Pole Nursery £39 against £58.99.
- Sights & Sounds animated scenes: all 42 reduced, typically 22% below RRP, from £34.99 to £159.99.
- Table pieces (48), table accents (37) and facades (10): all reduced, 20 to 46% below RRP.
- House sets: both Caddington sets £69.99, 24% below RRP.
The crossed-out price on each product page is the RRP; the price you pay is the one beside it.
What are the Lemax 3-for-2 and multi-buy offers?
3-for-2 applies to 122 lines: all 88 figurines (£2.99 to £13.99), 25 hanging and village accessories, six tree sets and a couple of lighting accents. Mix and match across the lines, and the cheapest of each three is free; it is the offer to use for populating a village with people, animals, lamp posts and benches. Multi-buy applies to 40 selected lighted buildings and one table accent, and is on top of the reduced price. The offer is marked on the shelf edge and on each product online, and the till applies it automatically. Figurines, accessories, trees and landscaping are otherwise at RRP, which is why the 3-for-2 covers them.
How much does a starter village cost at the offer prices?
A typical first village of three Caddington lighted buildings at £25 each, six figurines on 3-for-2 (pay for four, around £30), a set of trees (£1.99 to £10) and a 4.5V adaptor comes to about £115 to £125 at Sapcote, against roughly £160 at full RRP. Add one Sights & Sounds scene for movement and music and the village is around £200. Our guide to how much a Lemax village costs works through more budgets.
Does Lemax have a Black Friday or Boxing Day sale?
Not from Lemax itself: the brand sells only through stockists and does not run national promotions. Our prices are the same from the day the Lemax Wonderland opens in early October to Christmas Eve, so there is nothing to gain by waiting for Black Friday, and the pieces people wait for are usually the ones that sell out in November. Lemax retires designs every year, so a building that is gone by December may not be made again.
When does the Lemax clearance start?
After Christmas. In previous years the remaining Lemax stock has been reduced further once the display comes down in early January, which is why searches for “Lemax clearance” bring people to this site in the new year. We cannot promise what will be left or how far it will be reduced; the pieces that remain are the ones that did not sell at a quarter off, so the clearance is a good place for figures, accessories and the odd building, not for the popular new-season pieces. If you want a specific piece, buy it when you see it on the shelf.
Can I buy Lemax online at the sale prices?
Lemax is sold in store at Sapcote Garden Centre, but every line is listed online with live stock, the RRP and our price, and you can filter the range by offer, collection, product type and power source. Phone 01455 274049 to reserve a piece and we will hold it for collection. We are on Hinckley Road, Sapcote, Leicester LE9 4LG, two minutes from junction 2 of the M69, open seven days with free parking.
Quick answers
Is Lemax cheaper at garden centres?
It depends on the stockist. Lemax publishes a recommended retail price and most shops sell at it; at Sapcote Garden Centre 232 of 398 lines are priced below RRP, with lighted buildings a quarter off on average and 3-for-2 on figurines and accessories.
Does Sapcote Garden Centre have a Lemax sale?
Prices below RRP on 232 lines run all season from early October, with 3-for-2 on 122 figurine and accessory lines and multi-buy on 40 buildings. Remaining stock is reduced again after Christmas.
When is the best time to buy Lemax?
October and early November, when every collection is in stock and the reduced prices already apply. The January clearance is cheaper but only covers what is left.
What is the Lemax 3-for-2 offer?
Buy any three of the 122 qualifying lines (all figurines, most accessories and some tree sets) and the cheapest is free. It can be mixed across collections.
Are Lemax prices the same at every shop?
No. Lemax sets a recommended retail price but stockists set their own prices and offers, so the same building can cost different amounts at different garden centres. Compare the price you pay, not the RRP.
