Tell us the tree height or the length of your gutter and we will tell you which set and how many LEDs you need.

What warm white Christmas lights does Sapcote Garden Centre sell?

Warm white is the soft, candle-toned white that suits a traditional tree, a garland and the front of a brick house. We stock it across every Premier range: TreeBrights string lights for weaving through the tree, ClusterBrights for a dense glow, SupaBrights and FlexiBrights for outdoor runs, and icicle lights for roof edges, from 80 LEDs up to the 5,000-LED sets.

Alongside the pure warm white sets are the white-and-warm-white mixes, which give a sparkle without the icy look of pure white. Every set is indoor and outdoor rated, runs from a low-voltage transformer and has a timer built into the controller.

Warm white Christmas lights: your questions answered

What is the difference between warm white and white Christmas lights?

Warm white has a yellow, candle-like tone that looks traditional and flatters green trees and brickwork; white (sometimes called cool or bright white) is a blue-tinged, icy white that looks modern and suits snowy trees and silver decorations. Mixing the two on one tree looks like a mistake unless the set is made as a mix.

How many warm white lights do I need for a 6ft tree?

Around 600 to 1,000 LEDs on string lights, or a 1,000 to 1,500-LED cluster set for a dense look.

Can warm white Christmas lights be used outside?

Yes. All the Premier sets we stock are indoor and outdoor rated; keep the transformer indoors or in a weatherproof box.

Do the warm white sets have a timer?

Yes. Every Premier set here has a timer in the controller: switch it on at the time you want the lights to come on and it repeats six hours on, eighteen off, each day.
